Harmony Homes Realty was founded in 1975 by Rich LeAnza. The first office, opened in Maple Heights Ohio, consisted of Mr. Alenza and his wife Jeannine who still works with us today. Upon LeAnza’s death, his nephews William Tierney and Terry Crolius chose to keep the family business open and moved the offices to Brecksville. The business is still family-owned and operated.
