REALTORS® with A-REO™ certification have undergone and completed intensive training and are skilled in managing REO assets for default management companies, including banks, lenders/servicers, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), and third party asset management companies.
ABR——-The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process.
